We design and produce measurement recordings for your product for measurement at your premises or at our company.
We are also happy to assist you in defining RPS systems, including the necessary auxiliary RPS, so that your component can be correctly aligned for measurement.

KaKue creates measuring tools for your individual measuring tasks, from concept to finished product, taking handling into account, and also supports you in procuring measuring equipment.
Prototypes
From the first part to small series production
It’s always a great moment when you hold the first developed part in your hands. Whether it’s a simple or complex product, e.g., including kinematics, KaKue organizes this moment for you.
We will also be happy to manufacture your series parts afterwards.
Assembly
From individual parts to assemblies to products
In addition to assembling measuring tools and measuring fixtures, we are also happy to take on your assembly tasks, followed by quality testing, measurement, and functional checks.
Laser processing
5-axis laser technology
Since the beginning of 2022, we have expanded our production facilities with a Trumpf TruLaser Cell 7040.
Laser cutting of high-strength materials and 3D laser welding can now be performed in-house.
For example, we offer the creation and post-processing of prototypes and series parts, including the creation of the necessary laser mountings, as well as production-accompanying measurement using optical and tactile measurement technology, right through to initial dimensional sampling.
Machining
MILLING and TURNING
We manufacture individual parts from various materials in-house using milling and turning processes. Our material warehouse stocks semi-finished products made of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and various plastics.
For complex and high-precision components, we commission external companies from our reliable supplier base.
