We create inspection feature plans and program measurement sequences for all measurement systems and programs on a customer-specific and cost-effective basis using DMIS (neutral, manufacturer-independent format).
The test characteristic plan is an important component in the product development process. Thanks to our many years of experience in measurement technology, we not only have the expertise to create sophisticated PMPs, but can also use offline programming stations to implement them in DMIS and optimize them on our CMMs at the same time.
We program measurement sequences for a wide range of measurement systems and programs for you, customized to your needs and cost-effectively in DMIS format (Dimensional Measuring Interface Standard). You provide CAD data and drawings as well as the individual measurement strategy for the project. We develop the programming of DMIS data on our systems and deliver it to your systems on time.
We can create informative templates and reports for displaying the data in QDB PiWeb.
